Courses Description
Drs. S. Masgutova and N. Akhmatova. Integration of Dynamic
and Postural Reflexes into Whole Body Movement System (32
hours).
This course develops the idea of the integration of infant
reflexes into whole body movement instead of the traditional
concept of their extinction by a certain age. The course
gives the classification of reflexes according to the
Dimensions of Laterality, Centering, and Focus; proposes
quick and
additional
checks of reflexes; and suggests
balancing procedures for integrating them within each
dimension. Included are the system of movements and
exercises for "training and releasing" non-integrated
reflexes, as well as movements, games, and other activities
for their integration. The program of the Course is approved
in "Ascent" and
ISMI
and other educational institutes.
Dr. S. Masgutova, D. Masgutov. Movement Development -
structure, strategies and dynamics (24 hours). The
course give the idea of the Movement Development as a
phenomena: namely of structure and epochs-strategies,
stages, types, space levels and conciencness participation
in movement functioning. Research work concerning the
structure of movements and reflexes motion patterns
activated by Brain Gym Movements and Integrating Movements
is presented and practiced in this course. The program of
the Course is approved in "Ascent" and
ISMI
and other
educational institutes.
